Summary of Responsibilities

Utilities on labs.tejovix.dev operate locally on your device without server supervision. You are responsible for independently inspecting all processed outputs before submitting them to third-party examination, visa, banking, or corporate portals.

1. In-Browser Client Utilities

Tejovix Labs provides client-side file compression, image conversion, photograph cropping, and code formatting utilities.

Because these operations execute entirely on your device without intermediary verification by Tejovix, you retain sole responsibility for ensuring that resulting files (including byte limits, resolutions, DPI, color profiles, and content fidelity) comply with the specifications required by your intended destination.

2. “AS IS” Software Warranty Disclaimer

All software, tools, and content on labs.tejovix.dev are provided strictly “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that third-party portals (such as government exam systems or visa application portals) will accept files produced by these utilities, as portal requirements can change without public notice.
  • Always keep a separate backup of your original source files on your device prior to processing.
  • We do not warrant that tools will run uninterrupted or without device-specific memory constraints.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Tejovix, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including rejected applications, missed deadlines, corrupted files, browser crashes, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use utilities on labs.tejovix.dev.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to deploy automated crawlers that degrade platform availability, exploit the service through unauthorized iframe framing, or attempt to compromise site infrastructure. All platform branding, layout designs, and source code remain the exclusive property of Tejovix.
